Playing with elevation on a terrace of over 100 m² in the heart of Bordeaux
The clients who commissioned me for this project had acquired a superb apartment in the heart of Bordeaux, one of whose main assets is a large south-facing terrace separated from the living room by an immense bay window that fully retracts into the walls. This truly gives the impression of an additional, very bright room to the apartment...
To take advantage of the size and location of this terrace, it seemed wise to create three distinct areas:

The first, at the same level as the living room, is truly designed as an extension with a dining table.

The second is already slightly elevated and allows for the creation of two more private lounge areas, one for sitting and the other for reclining.

Finally, the third space, even higher up, is quite hidden from the apartment, perfect for installing a jacuzzi and a small office cabin.
