The site visit

Everything begins with a visit to the space you want to develop.

After a first visit that I conduct alone to personally immerse myself in the spirit of the place, I invite you to share your wishes in terms of uses, aesthetics and personal taste for plants and trees, maintenance and budget.

The design

I then take care of presenting you with illustrated proposals that take all your wishes into account. There may be many back-and-forths to arrive at a well-refined project.

So that we can move forward in our design discussions, I provide you with all the necessary working documents: plans, sections, elevations, 2D or 3D views.

Refining technical solutions

The design ideas for the space must then be translated into concrete technical solutions. This can range from estimating excavation volumes, to designing a staircase, a retaining wall or a fountain, to developing a plant list.

The launch of a call for tenders allows, through ongoing exchanges with the various service providers, to arrive at precise and costed solutions.

Project management

I also offer to provide project management for the works to ensure that they are executed exactly as we had agreed.

Regarding plants, I can accompany you to various nurseries to ensure you find the best possible plants and trees so that they integrate perfectly into the designed project.

Follow-up visits at 1, 2 or 3 years

Finally, I believe it is important to make visits more or less long after the completion of the works, to see how the plants are evolving, how the installed elements are performing, and to ensure that the result obtained is in line with what you desired.

This can be an opportunity to touch up small things, adjust certain points, embark on a new phase, or simply appreciate the irreplaceable work of time in the designed landscape...
