The exceptional and protected site required an intervention respecting the regulations, particularly on the coastal facade.

This was characterized by such a steep slope that one could only walk in a very small proportion of the garden. The general remodeling of the terrain and the elimination of parasitic bushes allowed the walker to reclaim a landscape restored to its raw beauty and to access a secluded pétanque court that still enjoys a beautiful view of the sea.

Grassed paving terraces were attached to the two levels of the north facade to enjoy the fresh air while admiring the ocean. Stairs provide access to the terraces from the garden.
